Pet Delivery and Withdrawing Pets

How to start

Free a full inventory storage slot before collecting a Delivery entry. Space in a partly filled compatible stack does not replace the empty-slot requirement. Use the menu's page arrows when rewards fill more than the current page. Delivery retains an item until withdrawal succeeds, so there is no need to collect everything in the same visit.

To withdraw a collection pet, open Your Pets and right-click the idle entry, or open Pet Details and choose Withdraw Pet as Item. The pet is removed from the collection and its physical item is saved to Pet Delivery. An active pet is desummoned during withdrawal. Do not withdraw a pet merely to inspect its details.

Steps

1. Open /pets delivery and read the reward name, amount and origin shown in the entry.
2. Free an inventory slot, then click the desired entry. Check for the successful stack-withdrawn message.
3. For a pet transfer, return to Your Pets and inspect the correct companion before choosing Withdraw Pet as Item.
4. Return to Pet Delivery and collect the physical pet head. Keep it in your main hand when you want to redeem it.
5. Right-click the physical pet item, then wait for the redeem result. Reopen Your Pets to find the restored companion.
6. If Delivery says an item is held, rejoin and reopen the menu. Contact the server team if the held message remains.

What can go wrong

When your inventory is full, the menu tells you to free a slot and leaves the item in Delivery. Withdrawals that cannot finish tell you to reopen Delivery or rejoin. Follow that message before trying other menus. A held item cannot be withdrawn by choosing a different page or repeatedly clicking it.

A locked pet cannot be withdrawn. Withdrawal also fails when the pet cannot be identified, no longer belongs to you or is already being withdrawn. Physical redemption can fail for an invalid pet item. If redemption fails after you use a head, read the failure message and check your inventory before trying again. A normal egg is not a withdrawn pet head.

Worked example

Use your Pebble Whelp for this example.

You buy an attachment in Pet Items while carrying a full inventory. The purchase is saved to Pet Delivery. Return to storage, free 1 slot, open /pets delivery and collect the attachment stack. Only then can you hold the attachment and apply it to your active floating pet.

For a companion transfer, choose Withdraw Pet as Item on your named pet. It disappears from Your Pets and appears as a Delivery reward. After collecting it, redeeming the head restores that pet's recorded progression and customization. The pet is not simultaneously available as an active collection companion while it exists as the withdrawn item.

More to know

A pet head carries its rarity, level, XP, nickname, skin, permanent item, bond and recorded breeding information. Withdrawal is a way to carry a pet. It is not a reroll or a method to remove permanent equipment. Redemption restores an idle collection pet, so activate it deliberately after checking the restored entry.

Rewards and shop purchases share Delivery, but they do not share the same price or acquisition requirements. Collecting an already earned reward is different from purchasing stock. A shop can reject payment before an item ever appears in Delivery. Look for the purchase result and the Delivery entry rather than assuming that closing a shop means you paid successfully.
